Several years ago we had Herr's tile redo our bathroom. It was from the 1940's and really need some tender loving care. I knew I wanted tile and with Mike and Robin's help we picked out a wonderful green and cream tile that complimented each other to a T. Mike came in and redid the entire bathroom making it look so drastically different that I was blown away. That was almost 9 years ago and to this day I just love walking into that room and smiling each and every time. Mike, you did such a great job. No complaints from us. It has held up so very well and continues to do so. Thanks Robin, for the help in picking out the colors and type of tile as it never goes out of style.

In 2012, we called Mike once again and he came out to give us ideas about doing something with our back door. He came up with building a small porch onto the back door. I can not tell you how much it has improved not only the look of our home but our water problem we were having which was addressed with putting on the porch. He made his suggestions and we went with it. We are SO pleased with his work. He has such good work ethics and great ideas, a terrific vision. I would not hesitate to have him back

Over the years HERR'S TILE & MARBLE has done numerous jobs for us. In 2006 they installed a granite countertop on a custom island unit in our kitchen. The workmanship was excellent and the project was completed within the quoted timeframe.

In 2010 HERR'S TILE & MARBLE installed a granite countertops, new stainless steel sink/faucet, and tile backsplash in our kitchen. They also tiled our kitchen floor with porcelain tile which looks great and is easily maintained. Again, the workmanship was exemplary.

In 2011 HERR'S tiled and installed a thermostatically controlled heat mat in our entry foyer. In addition, they tiled two stairs cases. We absolutely love the end results and so do all our friends. We will continue to use HERR'S TILE & MARBLE for all our future tile and/or granite projects. Their greatest assets are their friendly way of doing business, the quality of the workmanship, neatness, and the removal of all debris.

We have had the pleasant experience of using Herr’s Tile & Marble Co. on 5 occasions. The 1st time was to remove our bath tub and replace it with a beautiful, tiled shower. The 2nd time, we had a tile floor installed in that bathroom. The 3rd time saw the installation of a marble sink top. 4th time a wood pattern tile floor was placed in our dining room.The 5th time has been the addition of a granite kitchen counter top. From the beginning, Robin Herr, the Shop Manager, was impressive in her knowledge of tile and marble. In addition she was skilled in helping us make colors coordinate. We found Mike Herr, owner and installer, to be a most professional and pleasant craftsman. He works with an eye for precision and detail. All work was done neatly and extra care taken to keep our house clean during construction and cleanup. Extremely pleased, we would not hesitate to use them again!

Your advice for our new living room floor was perfect! At least three out of four people who come to our home for the first time admire make comments alluding to how beautiful it is. We always tell them who did it for us! Mr. Herr's craftsmanship is certainly top-notch! Thank you very much!

I would like to state that I have been using Herr Tile & Marble since we built our home in 1993. The quality of workmanship and professionalism from your company was exceptional. We loved the work so much that when we decided to upgrade our kitchen in 2012 we knew there was only one company to do the job. Mike and Robin make a great team. Robin has a great eye for what goes with your selections. And Mike's craftsmanship is second to none. My kitchen looks amazing and everyone who see’s it loves it. They always ask who did the work.

And when we decided to remodel our bathroom last year, there was no doubt who would get the job, Mike & Robin. This job was larger than the kitchen because we wanted a complete remodeling. Mike's design ideas and Robin’s tile selection were spot on! The result was nothing short of amazing. We will be relocating to Georgia in the near future. I am so much in love with my bathroom that I have asked a local contractor to recreate it for me in Georgia. I can only hope the craftsmanship is close to Mike Herr's.
